good to see you too. havent seen you around the dodge forums lately. yup we will see what the track brings us both. 13.7 was pre cam and tuning and a few other little mods.

if he plans on a cam/heads or even nitrous/blower down the road i would suggest getting sct custom tune. cost $600 but well worth every penny. tell him to check out krc performance. sct just came out and has not been fully released yet. it only for the 04-06s so far but since his is a rumble bee its either an 04-05. so he should be ok if his pcm part number is supported. they are still working out some quirks with the 05s. as soon as my tranny goes back in (Looks like April 6th install) ill be ditching my piggy back setup (superchips & PSC1). already have my sct just waiting to install it. a guy named sean does all of the custom tuning for me and most of the hemi guys. and if he is just planning on bolt on parts then he will love the superchips. i gained .5 in the 1/4 with mine.

Yea when you regester at the track while waiting in line you tell them to put a "NT" on your car or truck and they wont show your times on the board but they print your slip. no nitrous on my truck now or ever. and yea the R/T's are sick there is a few 408 stroker daks in the 11s and 10s that are built by KRC performance. they have a 10 second jeep srt-8 too.

yea well there arent that many highly modded hemi's out there. lets see gadier's truck ran a 12.76@107 mph on the stock block. with his 383 stroker he ran a 12.25 the first time out. then there is brad who ran a 12.02 on motor and 11.46 on spray with a little 370 stroker. i dont see what is so hard to see here? i highly doubt shadowsnipers truck weights 5500 lbs more like 5000-5200 lbs. my truck weights in at 5300 lbs in street trim without me in it. as for heath he has a video of his 12.98 pass in his hemi. when i get my truck put back together here in a few weeks then ill post up some new times.

why does it always have to be about whooping up on hemi's? maybe stock hemi's bc you surely arent catching me.

he is a friend of mine that was with a 6.1 cam and 3.55 peg leg rear untuned he is also a RC 4wd he will break into the 12s very soon with that truck. he just swapped out his cam and did a bunch of other stuff to his truck

haha. i have never had nor will i ever have nitrous on my truck. bottle are for babies. i ran 14.1@95 mph in street trim on 22s then swapped the 22s for some 17s and ran 13.7@96mph in + DA mods were: intake, superchips, 2600 stall, torque conveter, headers i have since added alot moreand its alot faster. i wouldnt be surprised to hit 12s N/A with stock heads

As soon as i get my trans back in ill get you guys a slip. Should be back in the weekend of the 22nd. problem is im without drag radials now. i had to sell them to get my trans rebuilt. ill run it in street trim on 22s and see what it will do. truck weight 5300 in street trim 3/4 tank of gas

I live 15 min from cecil in newark, de. Never been to atco before. might try it sometime this spring. Im headed to australia for 2 months starting next week so i wont be around to run. my truck should be ready to run 12s N/A stock cubes, by the end of the summer easily. so i might have to take it up there and show you chevy boys how to run.

DA is density alititude and it basically used to correct you times to what they would be at sea level But for guys at or near sea level with really cool air and the right humidity and barometer they can reach a negative DA A negative DA means they you actually ran faster then what you truck would normall run. For the east coast and atco and cecil in particular a -2000 DA is quite common this time of year. A -2000 DA is like having a free 50 shot of nitrous. So your truck will probably run .3 faster then what it normally runs. So once you calculate you DA based on your weather condition then you correct your times. Its basically a way to get a good idea of what guys would run at sea level becasue guys in the mountains run up to 2 seconds slower just my $.03

There is about to be about 4 or 5 more 11 seconds hemi's come cooler weather. a few 370 strokers just went in as well as a 392 and 426 hemi. I got a feeling there will be 1 or 2 10 second hemi's after this winter is over. They are backing them up with a sharadon perfomance tranny that hold up to 700hp with no problems. Most of them are running edge or APS stall converters. So of them are still on the stock trannies and they just came out with a hybred tranny that is supposed to handle 1000hp. They are using the dayna 60 out of the SRT-10 and custom drive shafts. Im hoping to hit a low 13 this winter in my 2wd QC. with a comp 268 cam, mid length headers, cutout, intake, APS 2600 stall TC, and Superchips with a custom tweak by me. So we will see. I dont have the money to play like these other boys do. lol.

what happened to you guys? You let the dodge guys catch up. They have a RCSB 2wd Hemi running 12.88@107 On the stock block and a 383 stroker with a 2 stage nitrous setup is going in it as we speak. There is also 1 SC 4wd hemi in the 11s as well as a 2500 RC turbo hemi running 11.9s without spray. The fastest forum Hemi truck is now at 11.57 and thats a 4wd QC with internals and an STS turbo setup. Looks like you guys have some competition now
