a set of L92 heads would flow great with your Procharger. Not sure what they cost but are a great improvement over the LQ9 heads. you also may look into the Lengenfelter GT2-3 cam. I hear it's a good mild cam for reliable force fed motors.

they're really lucky. Gotta say, seatbelts sure are nice, there's no chance that they would've survived if they hadn't been buckled up.

the meguires buffer is a good product. My buddy just bought one and is love with it. He is very meticulous and if he likes, it must be okay. I've got a Griot's Random Orbital and have had good results with it. Griot's You might check with Steve (Mr. P) and see what he thinks. I know he's one of those guru's you speak of.

motor should be fine like Art said, but i depends on how hot it got/if you ran it long enough to get hot after the belt went. You may check your pullies for anything unusual, and once you get the new belt on, start it and watch the pullies to see if they wobble or are mis aligned. I'm gonna guess you just had a bad/faulty belt and it gave out with all the tension with the supercharger and other accessories. (the s/c will put some extra stress on the belt.)

yeah, fuel prices suck. My parents run a trucking company and the fuel bill last month was just under $30,000. Two hundred gallon tanks, 5-6 mpg and 4 trucks running really sucks the stuff down, and it really adds up at $4+ a gallon.

Looks good. so how heavy are the rims? They're a little gawdy for my taste, but they're not terrible. The bed-rug is the bomb. I had one in my truck and loved it. better than line-x imo

Looks like you had a good time with the family. I've been thinking about doing a road trip to Yellowstone this summer for a 3-4 day weekend. I figured that would be good country to see in the TBSS. I took my girlfriend to Glacier N. Park last summer (isnt too far <40 miles) and had a good time with that.

yeah they're a bunch of stiff's over there. Not quite as cool as the Silverado SS guys, but they're okay. I lurk over there and at TBSS.com but i'm still just a whore here...

So I'm just curious what you guys think they're worth? The wheels are the painted SS wheels with Hankook Ventus ST 275/55R20 tires. 40They have about 75-80% tread remaining. They are in good shape, normal wear for <40K miles. I've got them listed locally but have only gotten a couple of calls and nobody serious.

the compass is a death trap. decent fuel economy but not safe. I'm all about safety, I'll pay extra for gas but I want something that's gonna protect me and my passengers. Size matters when in comes to safety.

Man. Everyone is getting corvette's. Two of my buddies bought corvettes a couple of weeks ago, one a C6, and the other a C5 ZO6. I'm stuck with my poor old big block el camino, and they get to run around like a$$holes and get 18-26mpg while i putt around and get 6... did i mention mines got a big block? Glad to see your alive and kickin! Get well soon so you can drive the hell outta that new car!
