Something similiar happened to me at a nearby dealer. I had my speedo and the passenger door lock go out. I took it in to the dealer and they told me that because I put in a radio it screwed up the BCM. And that my ENTIRE warranty was voided since the BCM controls everything in the truck. However since they were such "nice" guys they did not void it. I got in to a mini argument with the service manager he started giving me B.S. about something. All in all I walked out of there never to return with my business. Oh yeah....I also told everyone I know never to go there with their business and also told some local reporters I know to rock the boat. They said it was GM policy to void a warranty immediately when they find an aftermarket product. The problem with American car companies is not the cars....it the dealerships that sell em. I previously had a BMW...got treated like a king there. Payed through the nose for it but it was nice. Then a Subaru, they encouraged mods and safe racing. Then chevy....the buying process was a pain, and so far so good I have been let down. The only reason I have the car I have is because I truly WANTED it. If I was car shopping as most of consumers do....I would have left them in the dust.

Hey guys throwing this out there since I am considering it. Ive been thinking of getting rid of my pcmforless tune. You will get an 05 PCM tuned for intake, exhaust and a t-stat. A new tune with them is 250. With a new pcm is 125. You can get a re-tune for whatever your parameters are for $50. I was thinking round the ballpark of 225.

The only thing on my christmas list is that you turn the caps off.....

There is a good side to this and a bad.... the good side is the Miami sun is HARSH. I dont care what anybody says on temp's but this sun here is freakin huge. By 10 am you cannot touch the truck. However at night, you cant see if you are doing that good of a job, with drying, applying waxes, dressings etc. Best option is early in the morning.

Not loving the body kit, or the wheels. However the two tone is cool. What people said about the grill is that the center "piece" is chrome. Even though you have an aftermarket grille. No grille, (except custom made i assume) makes you get a whole new front clip. So the chrome is not on SS's but on VHO's. It could be four wheel drive with the 6.0 However the whole thing was painted so the guy couldve just wanted to have a chrome grill Only way to know i suppose is with the vin. Im with Riviera. The end of the world is not going to be based on the Aztec Calendar or what not. We will go out two ways, nuclear war or an asteroid...or a methane burst from the bottom of the ocean etc etc etc. There are some holdings to the biblical theories. Mostly having to do with people ashamed of being religious. But I am pretty big on science for the answer. However, there is a distinction between the end of the world (existence) and the end of the world as we know it. That could have some truth in it, whether it be war, water/energy shortage, economic depressions and power struggles etc. Meh, my parents raised my bro and sis during the cold war with the whole "world could end as soon as they pressed the button" so I am not too phased about it.
