  1. OMG, Fireman, for some reason I thought he was talking about a pendant type sprinkler head releasing sand to extinguish the fire. Whereas they used to use the halon products for high tech offices such as Microsoft corp to not ruin their machines by suppression. If I would have caught on to that I would have explained the standpipe system.
  2. Well, sand systems are not common in typical settings such as residential homes however, from what I remember, they are used in commercial systems such as hotels, factories and college dorms aparently. They tried to stay away from sprinkler pipes due to the water damage to the building (however, sprinkler systems did reduce the amt of damage significantly) Sand systems are just another way to put out the fire without having the excess water damage. Like I said, they are not common in my area however, there are probably other guys that can chime in and give you more info.
  3. Damn Smoke, I thought you were serious until I opened the link. Got my hopes up . LOL funny nonetheless.
  4. Wow, I never thought of that. I'm going to meet him this weekend, if he looks sketchy, I might avoid the deal. Thanks for that tip .
  5. I just got the urge this afternoon to look on ebay for some American Racing RT-S rims. As destiny had it, I found a set of (4) 22"with Nitto 420 305's on em in my area about 20 mins away and the guy only wants $600 cash for em. I am going to look at them this weekend in person and he is sending me pics with info if there is any defects to these rims. Heres the link to the ebay auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/22-AMERICAN...tem220204570768 Also just made a deal with a guy on LS1 tech for a set of Pacesetter LT's for $260 all hardware included and my brother is gonna pick em up for me in orlando. Great day for the SSS. P.S. I'm pretty sure these rims will fit on my truck, but can someone give me the for sure on em. Thanks
  6. I already know I'm gonna get beat the question is, by how much? Like I said, he is totally stock so I'm hoping my tune will be done before we line em up. I think with the tune in, it will be more interesting. Either way, I think its a badass ride. I'll be sure to get some pics of the TBSS and the SSS together when he comes down.
  7. Well, some of you may remember the thread I started about my brothers 94 single turbo supra for sale. Well after a couple months of waiting, he finally got a buyer. He had been looking at TBSS and SRT8 JGC. He found a very good deal on a TBSS in Rhode Island 3SS package, nav, sunroof, AWD every option avaliable. Anyways, he will be taking deliverey on it in the next week or 2 so we will add another SS to the family. And to Dylan, I have always been a huge fan of the TBSS and now even more so because I'll get to take it for a spin. Heres the link to the ebay auction that ended. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2006-Chevy-...tem150217729217 He's was planning on keeping it stock for a while but I talked him into getting minor bolt ons while he's down for spring break. Plus I'll have my scan cable from Blackbear Performance so we might get him some logging to get his tune done while hes down.

  11. You know its fast when your SUV has a roll cage
  12. Super dangerous and any dept would have you fired if anything even came close to that operation. Nonetheless, that was badass
  13. My lady didnt do that. She told me she wanted to, but she said I know how much of a freak you are about your truck so I didnt want to put anything on it. OMG, I love my gf
  14. Umm...I felt like I just read my autobiography except for the part about him might being mexican, italian etc...I am neither. Great article. Its crazy to think that soon if not already, the white man will be a minority.
  15. Do they make spinners??? You'd be the first and it would make your truck that much more of a sleeper. Imagine pulling up to a light with spinners on the SS then having someone laugh at you then totally blow their doors off. If I had a buncha $ I'd do it for like a day just to have fun. But seriously, I like the 112 in 22". I personally think they look a little like the design of AR RTS which I REALLY LIKE!! If you get a 24" your going to be pretty heavy not to mention the extra cost. Either way I'm sure itl loook bad ass
  16. Wow, that front end blacked out looks awesome. Really like that look.
  17. Had that same thing happen to me when my new neighbors moved in. They came down from NY with a bunch of JUNK and like 4 cars (Mind you there are only 2 adults and like 3 kids who are not even close to driving) They were used to living in upstate NY so they had alot of land. Not here. They used to leave their leaking minivan in front of my mailbox and in return, I would not recieve my mail for the day because the box was inaccessible. So I changed my oil in front of their mailbox on a saturday and as they were coming out I waved and said hello, how are you. LOL Got a taste of their own medicine.
  18. Didnt know you were USMC. Thank You for your service, and keep your butt outa harms way. P.S. Whats your MOS?
  19. Ya thats funny, my history clear every 2 weeks automaticly at my dads and I was able to access this site. Thanks.
  20. I purchased these from Kim about 3 weeks ago and finally got around to taking pics with them on and I think they look great on a black truck. Only bad thing about the uppers is that you can see Sh*t at night with them on, but they are very easy to take off. Anyways, heres the pics. What do you guys think
