.......I had mine painted for a while......held up great the whole time it was like that....but then I just went ahead and took my dremel and ground off the lettering....smoothed it up with bondo.....and painted the whole thing.......Would like to find an extra set of SS emblems to put on the cover..........

......Lots of great info on that site........ ..........I use a UDM, with Zaino products. Time to reorder some stuff, but I think I'm gonna try the "PoorBoys" line of products. I hear they are quite easy to work with, and have great results.......

I had the same issues with my drivers door speaker...............It turned out that it was blown, so I had a friend hook me up with some Memphis Audios up front, and some JBL's for the rear.........Still sounds great with the factory HU and amp....

My '03 has about 57,XXX miles on it, and the only thing it's in need of right now as far as steering is a new pitman/idler arm..(everything else seems good)..haven't really priced them yet, but definitely stay away from the dealership for parts......If you're in need of anything, go to a parts house, and just get some quality Moog components and save some coin..........

..............It runs rampant around here as well......There's only a handful of SS's here in town, and I have yet to get any of them to wave back........ .......Funny thing is, mine is the only one here that has been modded in any way, shape or form with the exception of one other guy put a cowl-hood on his........Hell, I get more respect from the Ford/Dodge owners around here than I do other SS owners......

I actually think they look pretty good on there bro............. ...........It'll look completely different again once you drop it down a couple of inches or so....Keep us updated with pics!

Man.........these rims look sweet on a black truck.... Anybody have the Titanium silver rims on a red SS? With these rims, I think it would look sweet to two-tone my truck with the top being black, and having a silver stripe/design (the same color as the wheels) to break up the two colors.......... Man...................2009 is gonna be an expensive year.

Almost 6 yrs...................... ...........Just replaced mine two weeks ago.
