tonight my muscle car club got together and it so happens a fellow with a hemi magnum got a new exhaust and thinks his car is mean....i start thinking i bet those cars are pretty quick but i drove a hemi charger and wasnt impressed so i was like ok ill run you and we will see what happens, no one new the stock times for those cars but i knew if he did win it wouldnt be by much, so we line them up at a red light and i timed it so perferct and got a monster launch, jumped three cars and pulled slightly but for the most part held around three on him all the way to 80mph!!! i was like man i love my truck.......haha one of the best parts was about half and hour later it starts raining and we are driving to get somin to eat and he is like lets go again and im like man its raining and he says so what.....so of course it wasnt even close, when the light went green the SS spun like crazy but still hooked up way better than that ole hemi wagon and i was gone!!!

hahaha....thats pretty funny but we might have to return the favor because you drive a new toyota tundra not an old toyota tacoma (i liked them)....haha im just messing with you, those trucks aint to bad, i personally dont like the way they look but i dont like to bash anyones vehicle and hey if you are happy with it then more power to ya but man you are missing out on the kick aSS interior of the new silverados and the vmax has more than enough power (plus the outside looks sweet to)!!!

yea i know, one of the reasons i aint done it yet is because i know it can be set up alot better than what they were wanting to do, you have a sweet truck by the way, is yours the one on streetfire.net that has an sts on it??? I need to talk to you about your setup to see if i can get some sweet setup for my truck!!!

i really wanted to go with sts but after reading more and more i decided that if i get there package that started at $4000 and ended up installed around $9000 it was not worth it, especially since it only makes me run high or maybe mid 13s....ill just get a supercharger, and by the way sts told me to get all the stage two upgrades like the intercooler and injecters but stay with the smaller turbo because on a relative stock motor that is only gonna be setup at max 5-10psi it would show more performance because it kicks in sooner being that it is smaller and that it kicks in when my motor would need it most...but what ever you think, i guess it can be setup right but im afraid to drop $10000 and only run mid 13s!!!

i would like the little tow haul button, sounds little but it was the only thing wrong with my SS when i bought it (still the only thing), if you dont know what im talking about just pm me or post it here!!!

what time did u run with it? im thinkin about getting one and somtimes it looks like it will be nasty fast but other times im just think a supercharger is my best bet, so im just curious about ur times with it...

Hey everyone, I just thought i would tell you guys that i read a press release from GM and they will be bringing a new regular cab lsx-powered gm performance silverado with 640hp thats right folks 640hp to an upcoming sema autoshow, i hope this means they are seriously working on getting us a new SS soon.....i dont know if its gonna be just like the blue 427 we keep seeing or what but it sounds mean!!! FYI they will also be introducing a GMC 2500HD denali, im kinda exciting about that too because i do lots of pulling and i love the denali interior although im more than happy with my new 3500HD interior!!!

i got bored one day and decided to do it, i didnt go all the way down to the bottom bumper because i stopped one night and the next day thought it looked different so here it is, i thought about a little bit larger ones but these are fine, and besides these pictures make um look skinny but they look good in person!!!

check mine out, some picks are old because the new ones with my outside finished are hard to see the strippes!!!

this is all great stuff!!! but i still have no idea what i want to do next?!?! so far...... 03 Arrival Blue SS stock engine no cam k&n cold air intake (fipk) 2 chamber flowmaster(dual in, dual out turn downs), headers soon if i make up my mind on witch ones all other mods are mostly looks.....tinted windows, silverish racing strippes, two 10' subs, line-X spray in, billet grille thats pretty much it, next is going to be headers, maybe a cam, trying for a magnacharger or sts turbo and i wanted the turbo but to boost some serious psi i need to do internal engine mods to go over 8psi but i dont know what to do, any ideas what i should do next???

the hd f-150 came supercharged the years that ford didnt have the lightning, i think....some of the new ones are supercharged but not all of them are because it is an option now....anyway there are tons of trucks on here that can beat you show time!!!

i think it is very much possible, roush has started makin performance gm parts and i always thought jack was smart so we shall see!!!

I just got a SD, still have the SS also but anyway these trucks are sweet!!!!!!!! Fully loaded and it is fast!!!!!

o well, just wonderin about the twin turbos and as for the search button in the top corner...first i know how to search for places but i was wondering more along the lines of someone around here that has had a supercharger put on and likes the place they got it put on at, just a little friendly advice search kinda thing not just a location, sorry for askin

im in daytona beach florida and i was wonderin if there is anyone near here than can tell me where to get a supercharger, how much?, and possibly some spray so i can just say blow me to everyone who thinks there cars are some much better and faster!!! one last question, has anyone ever heard of or thought about a twin turbo SSS, im gonna look it up!!!

we have to remember that the SS was designed and released in 2003 and this is a truck that is five years later which in todays world is a big difference!!! for a chevy truck that is five years old in design, the toyota shold almost be ashamed to be run down or not be able to run from our amazing SSS! One last thing, people have to remember also that the reason toyata is packin so much power and kind of nissan also is because there titan and tundra are the biggest trucks they have so they must be strong if they want to put them in the real pickup world of the HD and super duty trucks, we all know they stand know real chance against any of those trucks when a trailer is hooked up and or a steep grade is added into the mix!!!
