Hey guys i just got my LT pacesetters on and the stock plug wires touch the headers....so i think its about time to get new wires and plugs anyway and was wondering if anyone knew if the MSD #32829 (the ones for the SS) boot is longer and will protect the wires or any ideas what i should do as far as wires that work with long tubes? as of now i have the plug wires wraped with exhaust wrap haha just rigged up to not melt them for now

i just finished that today with mine too!!! im gonna try to get my buddy to hook up hp tuners to it and set it up so i dont F it up and ill be good to go...o yea and i dont have cats haha ssssshhhhhhhhh!!!!

i just ordered the same headers and i am going to give the muffler shop cash money and get no reciept so they wont get in trouble if i do! next of all i just got the same headers for $299 shipped to my door and the only thing is that the part number is the one that is not coated but the place i ordered them specifically says ceramic coated so if they show up uncoated ill send them back...ill let you know when they get to my door tomorrow if they are teh coated ones or not! the website is autoanything.com and it says they are $319 but on the order page it gives you a code for another $20 off!!!

Hey guys! I didnt know where to put this so here it is....anyways my AC is acting funny! It all started the other days when i smelt and electrical fire! I started getting kinda worried on the way to the airport to go fly around because i smelt somin and looked over and from under the glove box i see some smoke!!! I guess somin has shorted but that day i cracked the windows and let the smell leave while on the way home nothing else happened so i took of the glove box and just looked around to see what i could find....and nothing seemed melted and i cant find the problem but all i know is that when i turn on the air nothing really happens on level 1 or 2 then it is feelable on level 3 and a little harder on level 4 but level five it shuts off again!!! any ideas as to what it might be? i have the dual climate control but not the automatic one (not digital) so the middle level one! Any Help would be great!

I love the part about the 6.2L they are gonna put as an option for the silverado and not just denalli trucks!

thanks to all you guys! My buddy has helped me...he tunes cars for a living! he also said it takes some learning time and today it didnt do that so I think its all good! I will be careful and not mess up my truck and i know im kinda playing with fire but i get alot of imput on everything i do! thanks for lookin out guys

hey guys i got the hptuners software and have been ****in with my truck all night....probably not a good idea but i like doin stuff and learning so anyway i finally got this baby to go 120+ but i dont know how much higher cause i didnt have the laptop hooked up still....anyway my idle is still set around 600 or 700, somin round there and the truck runs at 300 rpm when it first starts or when i come to a complete stop and often dies when i first go into reverse or first time into drive....i remember seening a chart that only allowed the rpm to fall so far before it interfered and it was 300rpm stock so i left it but now it idles funny and all i fulled with was shift points and limiters with a little degree changes...so if ya know anything to help me i would appreciate it but if not ill just fool with that chart i saw somewhere in there that had the 300 rpm setting! Thanks for reading all this shit....tuning is fun! i hope i dont break somin

im pretty sure you should go with 4wd but also some of the wheels it doesnt matter....im sure a pro will answer ur question soon...it is unlike this website for somin to go unanswered!

i think ive seen that before...but thanks for the reminder man!!! that was awsome!!! and that truck doesnt seem to have that many mods i mean to be running a time like that is seems to have less mods than i thought it would take to get there!!! SWEET!!!

man ive been riding since i was 6 years old....started on a good ole pw50 but anyway all i can say is balls to the wall man!!! the best riders are fearless!!! just dont go to crazy if you work all the time cause you will be suprised at whats on the other side of that table top sometimes, but if you have a job you can do in a cast...raise hell!!!

hey guys i have the stock hood for and 03 SS arrival blue because i put a new cowl hood on my truck that i got for christams....it looks awsome but anyway i have the stock one and ill let it go for around $250 plus shippin...its located in tennessee so shippin to the north or south wouldnt be to bad! Only one thing...i have strippes on my SS so it has to strippes on it but they are only decals...other than that it has nothing wrong with it at all!!! just let me know!

ive been thinkin about the sts turbo for my 03 SS and if i get it then ill buy this tuner from you instead of buying it with the turbo!!! but would you mind tellin me all the extras you got besides the basic $4,000 kit....i told them to give me a quote with the intercooler and injectors and a few things that are a must to get descent performance and next thing i know it was gonna cost $10,000!!! Last of all how badaSS is your truck with your setup???
