yes they are the only ones that have worked on it, and i have went round and round with the owner and he is not welling to help at all. so now I have to try to fix or have some one else fix it, and I now have to but new gm lugs and hope that the studs did not get striped or streched, I reported them to the BBB but there has been not help ther yet and I need to get the tires rotated asap. but thanks I will try a pipe wrench! I will let you know how it turns out.

I took my 03 ss in to a service shop to have the tires rotated about four months ago and it seemed at the time that the work they did was fine. there other day I was going to rotate the tires myself and when I took off the wheel caps I noticed that all the lugs where rounded off I tryed to lossen one of them and it did not lossen at all. I called the shop that had did the work and they told me that they could have not rounded off the lugs because they set there torqur for each vechile specs. so what do i do know and could they have caused any other damage to my studs because they torqued them so tight. please help has any one else had a problem like this.

I see your point, and again I dont go that fast much but when a $4000 supra beats me cause of my gover, i was not happy. so that you must still have your governor on than right my guess is you dont!! and i have owed chevy trucks all my life and the ss I have had for almost two years now and on the right roads and conditions this truck can safely and easily do 130 with the right tires too! 4000$ thats a tad high... i know what you mean... ive had beater civics shit on me on the freeway in their 1.5 liter cuze I stop at 110... we paid 40k + to get our asses handed to us [slow, but none-the-less] by a 1.5 liter civic :[ Finally someone gets what I was trying to say, so Thanks and againg to all out there its not that we drive this fast but when the ss gets beat by a civic of supra because of top speed and the ss stills has huch more in it and to get cut off by the gover, that really sucks!! and if you do a search in autoweek for the review of the 2003 ss, in the review they say the ss would easily hit the 120 speeddo on the dash, well I guess it could have been a missprint but look it up for your self if you want to see the review.

no not Germany but I got out run my an 90 supra and I know if I would have not cut out the 6.0 liter had alot left in it. so no i will not be going that fast much but to get beating by a 90 supra at 110 was not fun at all !!

Thanks that is what i whated to know, and also what bolt on to do think really work on the ss, cause you know alot of bolt ons do zero for the truck and they cost alot so I want to spend my money right! any help you could give me would help alot, Thanks again

i have a stock 03 ss awd and it cuts out around 114mph how do i get it so it does not cut out at that speed, I would like to get at least 130 out of it. I had an 02 chevy 5.3 with a hypertech pp and got top end around 125 to 140, so should i buy the same programer or is there something else i can do?
