are these maps coming out for pc as well? broadcast looks like a badass map!
  2. nice jason.. now get that trans fixed.
  3. like everyone else has said, bose isn't THAT great. it's nice for an oem stereo, but you'll be a lot more satisfied going with an after market system. another reason being, is that you could spend the same amount for an after market system and have better/clearer sound.
  4. there's a hidden amp in the center console, a different cd player and tweeters in the a pillars.. and the ss bumper cover will fit on your truck if the bumper is the same steel bumper that the silverados have.
  5. no, the "heat" everyone talks about had nothing to do with my decision.. i just don't like the metal tube. personal preference is all. not that a full 3* really inhibits the engine's performance much, but that's interesting info. hotter air is also more dense than colder air, i wonder how much that plays a part in performance.
  6. the m&p concept gun has been out since '05.. long enough to identify potentially dangerous, and other functioning problems. i would hope atleast.. and the springfield armory xd series guns are great guns, but all of my friends have one. so i would like something different.
  7. Date: April 26th, 2008 Location: Hooter's of Schaumburg 1705 East Golf Road Schaumburg, IL 60173 *DIRECTIONS* Meeting Time: 8:30am at the Hooters in Shaumburg. Open House is from 10am-around 2pm At 9:00am we will be departing Hooter's on our way to Speed Inc. (Address is 803 Albion Ave. Schaumburg, IL *DIRECTIONS* for those who don't make it to Hooter's by 9am when we leave) which should take us about 15 minutes. Once we are there, if there aren't a lot of people already there we can try to take pictures of all the vehicles together. After the event is over we can decide if we want to cruise somewhere to eat and maybe shoot some more pictures of the cars, this will require input from everyone who wants to go. Please reply if you plan on attending.. here's some pictures and a video from last year..
  8. very nice.. i had a sig sauer sp2022. they're great guns. i would like something with a double action trigger though.
  9. i've been thinking about getting an open element cai to replace my volant.. the only thing i don't like about the aem is the metal intake tube. nice pics.
  10. i'm not looking to spend much more than six bills.. the s&w i found locally for a little over five.
  11. anyone read anything about the msrp on the zr1 yet?
  12. the taurus pt140 is nice gun, but i don't really plan on carrying this gun around with me much. i will be using it mostly for range firing and personal protection, the reason for the longer barrel. i'm still researching though, so if anyone has any other suggestions, by all means..
  13. a desert eagle would be cool, but it's just too much gun for what i'll be using it for. i've already found the smith & wesson for a pretty decent price too..
  14. looking into purchasing a hand gun and a smith & wesson m&p is what all of my research has come to.. the overall design and light weight polymer frame was a big plus in my decision. have any of you heard much, or even know anything about this gun? i've read quite a few reviews on it already and everyone seems to like the overall design, ergonomics, and function of the gun.. here's a picture..
  15. that's what i use and the mothers rotary ball.. works wonders quick.
  16. it's not so much that it's a clone, but to call it an ss seems to pull some peoples hair.
  17. time for a supercharger and supporting mods and hand him his ass..
  18. i don't have children myself, but i've heard they grow up a lot faster than you know it.. soon enough he will be racing you at the track!
  19. those are gnar.. i like them. they are similar to my spy hielos.
