I still don't understand what is a url and how to get one. I went to edit my singture pull apicture from my computer and it came up. I guess i'm still doing something wrong.

I'm trying to get a picture of my truck posted, I've notice that almost everybody has one when they post. I tried but I'm new at this and don't know how. Any help would be appreciated.
