hey lucky i used 1 1/2 inch #10 bolts with double nuts to hold them in place. i also used stanless steel ones . package of five was like $2.00, but need 6 screws. from lowes. hope this helps. i just bought your gm connectors.

just finished a wiring diagram for the e-fans, it works on 03 models PIN 33 but concerned about the relay turning on-off evervy second. the right fan was in slow speed at the temp i set it at,and the left fan turn on at the temp i set it at. then the right one turned off. haven't finished the install yet wanted to make sure every thing was working. anybody have a idea if the relay turnning on-off will hurt the motor?

i was told by the dealer that some 2003 models have a filter and some don't they told me to look under the cowl[ plastic lover at the base of the winsheild] mine dosent have one, but did find some pine needles and small leaves in their. fresh air enters the cab from their. don't know why GM didn't put filters on all models sound like another penny pinching desinger idea. i could be wrong for the filter location haven;t taken the heater AC box apart yet to look in their hope this helps

i'm NA, i was assuminng to raise EQ values to make it richer for more power last time i scaned the truck my LTFT was around 7 for bank one and 7.8 on bank at WOT i not sure if this lean or rich? and never did scan at WOT for 2-3 shift afraid of getting a ticket, and live in new jersery, so traffic is also a prolbem

how much should i adjust TPS,tourque+EQ ratio?l alittle at a time untill i feel something, i'm new to tuning and don't want to mess anything up

thanks dave but i beleive on my truck pin 33 is active i have hook up test lights to both pins 42,33 and set fan 1 to come on at 175 set fan 2 on at 180 and pin 42 test light came on at 175 and pin 33 test light came on at 180, but was flashing, i'm thinking that is how low speed fan works turnning the relay on and off very fast, but it is just a guess. i'm going to make my own harness, but still don't know what size gauge wire to run to the relays, the diagram shows 8 guage splitting into three wires going to the fuses, then to the relays, i already have the wiring+ relays.

i'm not sure if my truck is going into power enrichment, delay rpm is set at 5500 rpm. my shift points are set at 5200. or can i go into pe mode? NA motor,shorty headers,volaint CAI,flomaster 50 series muffler, transgo shift kit with servos

can someone post some pictures of the factory engine cooling fan relays, and fuse locations in the engine compartment fuse box, i think their is 3 fuses, two forty amps+one 10 amp,two single pole and one double pole throw relays. i want to wire it as cose to factory as i can, i do have hptuners to program the fans. thanks in advance

i noticed a ratting sound to, it is the brake pedal bouncing when i hit bumps, i take my left foot and hold up on the pedal and it dosen't make any noise, some day i will look at the bushings for the mounting shaft

still trying to get the right gm part numbers,my dealer says he needs a vin no., to get the right parts. anybody have them? shourd,fan blades+motors.sorry for the late reply,been in punta cunda on vacation, hot 97* 109 heat index.

try checking your PCM connectors,mine were loose and i'm pretty sure it came from the factory like that theirs 2 bolts, one on each connectormy tach wasin't working and speedo was peg, hope this helps.
