  1. Anyone know about how much it is to have the three engine covers, fuse box lid and radiator shroud painted? Just a general estimate?
  2. Welcome Thats awesome you're willing to help out!
  3. I used to drink red bull or coffee, then I realized I should probably break the habit. Cut out those and soda, all water now!
  4. I might be rollin to it, I've never heard of it till last night I saw it advertised on TV at a bar I was at. Looks pretty sic
  5. I'm not doin any cladding. I understand what you guys are sayin about the OEM lookin alot better. But I'd rather spend that extra $700 or however much it is towards perfomance. I can't tell a difference between the two in the pics except for the line across the bottom. Also I know most everyone is gonna favor the OEM SS one since this is the SS site. xlr82 do you have any idea of the shipping cost to san diego, ca?
  6. Do you have any pics from when you had it on?
  7. Oh okay, I was thinkin it was somewhere visible on the front of the bumper. Thats not too bad then, Hopefully I can find one under $300.
  8. What about drillin into the stock bumper, are the holes gonna be in a noticeable area if I ever remove the SS bumper?
  9. I'd say roughly $80-$120 per wheel. I got hooked up from a buddy of mine for around $40 a wheel.
  10. Does it stay on there pretty well? Its just the whole "screw it to your bumper and throw some tape on" that leaves me alittle uneasy I just dont wann put it on then feel like its flimsy or anything.
  11. I'm ready to put a new bumper on the front finally. I've heard the Street Scene bumper needs to be drilled into the stock bumper, can somebody post a pic of the area that gets drilled? Then there is the OEM bumper which takes a grip of money in brackets and parts. So the street scene sounds like the less expensive way to go, I'm just not sure how nice it is. The pics would help.
  12. Sweet, so the new rotors should fix it then, not for 6 weeks though!
  13. I've noticed a squeeking noise comin from my front driver side brake area while I'm drivin. I thought it was my brakes goin but then I noticed it does it when I'm not braking too... I gave it to the dealer and they said it was glazed and they drove it around and did somthin like braking while applying the gas pedal to get the glazing cleared off. Anyways, I got it back and its still squeekin up there. I figured I'd ask you guys if its maybe somthin I could fix so I don't gotta leave it at the dealer for another whole day.
  14. Sounds good man, I'll give it a shot this weekend and see how it rides
  15. Thanks P, I already cut mine and I'm not lowered, is that a prob or should I just buy some new ones and swap em out and drill em? Never mind about the cutting part, I'm readin your how to and I see you mention cutting.
  16. I already cut one ring off my front bump stops, my front end still hits pretty hard over bumps though.
  17. Maybe I'll see you out there this season
  18. I usually go out to gecko road at glamis, its fun out there
  19. No electrical work or anything, that snaps right up too?
  20. Someone hit my dads mirror on his suburban last night and broke the glass, it was while we were at dinner and he was parked on the street. Came out and it was broke. How was the install?
