i was thinking about getting these tires as well...yall are talking about rubbing, is that with your truck lowered? or just stock....also are they as good as the goodyears when it comes to towing ratings?

mines an 05 and i got 33000 i put about 20000 a year on it....but hell if you havent had that many problems , i think i should be fine

i get mine patched downtown at a tire dealership....its a patch they put from the inside that also has a plug in it...its actually more stronger than the tire and will last for the life of the tire....thats what i do...i wouldnt plug mine, just for the simple fact that i pull a trailor alot and just dont wanna take the chance

what troubles with the tranny....is that mostly on the AWDs...because mine 2wd....the extended warranty i was looking at getting covers up to about 90000 miles....wondering since you have that many miles if you think its worth it for 1600 dollars

OK....finally found a warranty from a Chevy dealership in Lumberton NC...they actually gave me the cheapest price....its 1600 for 3 year 54000 mile which puts me at about 93000 mile GM Major Guard warranty....and there is no 100 dollar deductible when you bring it in...so i think im gonna go ahead and get it this weekend, thanks for all the help guys

well around here the GM major guard seems to run about 2000 dollars, and thats up to like 100,000 mile warranty...just dont see me spending 2000 dollars right now for it, also bein i need some new tires for the truck...kinda sucks i like having the warranty on the truck but i take exceptional care of the truck in and out so hopefully everything will be ok....the only thing that worrys me is the transmission since i tow with it often during the summer months, although its only a 18 foot open car hauler with a nissan mini truck on the trailor....my 98' Z71 i had with the 5.7 in it towed pretty damn good and it had a little over 100,000 miles so i would hope the SSS tranny would stick it out...so i probably wont be able to extend the warranty, just hope im making the right decision...

man this truck is awesome....its the 07' GMC denali with the 6.2 V8 403 hp and 417 lb-ft of torque...awesome truck, if i trade my SSS for anything it would be this, but i owe too much on my SS so ill keep it for a while, oh yea the denali is either AWD or 2wd...just thought id let yall know how it was

is it worth it....will the truck grip well at take off? or just spin...also if im thinking about supercharging it should i renew my warranty? im at 32000 miles and the factory warranty runs out at 36000

hmm well i been runnin RP in my SSS since i've had it and really gives me good gas mileage and the truck performs well...so we'll see...thanks for everyones input though

The reason Royal Purple is not on that list is because GM6094M is API service SM oil and Royal Purple is API SL. The API SM oils have reduced the anti- wear package in the oil from 20- 35%. Royal Purple is going looking to make an SM oil as the reduction is not seen as a improvement, but a decline in protection. We are providing you with more protection than the other oils that are API SM. was reading the owners manual for my SSS and it says only use oil that meets GM6094m standard....i have been using royal purple and noticed today that it meets GM4718M standard...is this ok? or does it really matter? i also noticed a sticker right behind my headlight that says not to dyno it because of AWD but mine is a 2WD, i guess the sticker is still on there because mines the year they changed to 2wd....well any help appreciated
