just fyi...my dad works as a service advisor at a chevy dealer and says the #1 car w/ the most problems is the chevy colorado with the trailblazer coming in a close 2nd. he says they have all sorts of random problems that people bring them in for.

i understand, just didnt get it cleaned up while taking pics, i was trying to beat the rain. but as far as how the truck was taken care of it speaks for itself, especially the underside of the truck. everything is in very good cond.

its just a little dirt from daily driving, i'm sure most people understand that. the truck is spotless

do the regular c5 corvettes have the LS1's? and the c5 ZO6's have the LS2's? then the regular c6 corvettes have the LS2, and the c6 ZO6 has the new LS7. just wanted to see if i am right here. for some reason i was thinking there was a LS5 in there somewhere, but i think that i was thinking of the LT5 that was put in the c4 corvettes.

no way i'm getting rid of the bike!! i never planned on trading the truck in, i would def sell it myself if i end up selling it at all. no idea what i'm gonna do. its snowing here all the time, and the SSS is great in the snow, no way i want to give it up now. but i still like the GTO alot... no clue what i'm gonna end up doing

anyone know if there is a sensitivity setting on these things?? i had to get my hood repainted due to some vandolism, and after picking it up from the body shop the driver mirror stays really dark blue tint. it goes back to normal if i turn off the auto dimming feature but always goes back dark when i shut the truck off and start it up again. i know there is a light sensor that controls the mirrors on the front of the rear view mirror, but are there any others that may have gone bad??

i agree, i went a test drove both cars today and the GTO is a better pick all around. i really didnt like the Caddy much at all compared to the GTO

i bought the truck less than a year ago for just over 24k, and it has 27000miles w/ a volant cai, bassani exhaust, fiberglass painted bed cover, and remote start. i DONT want to get rid of the truck, but to get it i took out a reg loan of 18k, and took out a student loan for the rest of the truck. well i think i jumped into it too quickly w/o reading all of the fine print on the student loan, cuz its gonna cost alot to pay it back if i pay it back in the time frame that i had planned. so my idea is to try to sell the truck, pay off the student loan, and keep the reg loan for whatever i get. hope this clears up the confusion of my ideas.

not really, i've been looking on ebay and only the '04's are around the 19k range, and i really need to stay at that or under. i'd much rather have an '05 or '06 though b/c they have the 6.0L 400hp rather than the 5.7L 350hp that is in the '04's.

cuz im only looking at spending like 19k, and only planning on keeping it for a couple of years till i graduate and can afford another SSS

May have to sell the SSS and get something a little cheaper til i get out of school. trying to decide between a GTO and a Caddy CTS. The '04 GTO has a 350 horse LS1 and is available w/ a six speed manual or 4 speed auto. The CTS has a V6 producing somewhere around 220hp. The CTS def doesnt have the performance of the GTO, but i like its styling a little better. Which of the two would you get?
