also, it does not include brackets or any mounting hardware. just the actual bumper.

like it says, i have a brand new ss bumper cover. never been installed, oem. a few minor scuffs that can be fixed, but nothing serious AT ALL. the primer that you use should cover them. GM Part# 12335659 through the dealer, this would run $486.37. 200 + shipping.

you paint it with regular gloss black and then use a flat clear.
