I say Magnaflow. I have had flowmaster but i like that semi quiet sound of my dual in out magnaflow. It will bark pretty good when you stand in it.

I have an 03 and the only way they come is with a housing its all 1 piece. I got mine from bumper to bumper and it was about 32.00. Or you can get it from auto zone.

I have had the same reading on my 03. I check it alot. I have only a few mods tho. I cant complain on the gas milage. I dont drive far but i drive it every day. I get gas every 5 to 6 weeks.

Alright here is my question. I want something for my truck that is going to be reliable. I dont know what to pick i thought i wanted a whipple but after reading some of your posts most say they would have went a diffrent route. My truck is a daily driver i only drive 10 to 15 miles a day mostly a 40 mph. I need something that wont kill my engine. I COULD USE SOME INSITE. Thanks.

I want to get the wife a tbss it would have to have a few mods of course. We test drove 1 in sarasota it was pretty quick. It felt a little faster than my ss. I have raced 2 rumble bees dont know if anything was done 2 them. The first i actually let him get on it first then i stod on it i pulled up to his bumper and like a nascar i pilled around him and then pulled hard past. The second every time he would nail it and get to my bumper i would stand on it and let off when i got about 2 trucks on him. I love eaten up those hemis.

Just recived my new shopman It looks great on my 03 SS. Much Props to brad. If you dont have 1 you need to get 1. It just brings out the front of the truck.

Well my uncle has 1. I drove it with about 1000 miles on it i got in the gas pretty good but wasnt that impressed. Maybe it wasnt broke in yet. Like i said as soon as the headers an x pipe go on were gonna run em.

A V-max is short for Vortec Max. Basically the same LQ9 we have in our SSS. You can get it in the regular silverados without having to buy the ss package.

Hay Drako if you get some new rims i would take your Chrome ones off your hand. I would rather have Chrome than my silver ones. And i live close by. I think it would look better to.

Well i was watching something on TV the other day it was a concept SSS. It was red and evil looking they choped a few inches off the back of the truck. It had a LS6 or somethinglike that it had like 480hp. The back was kind of like a avalanche.

Well spoken i love my magnaflow any 1 that asks i say go with magnaflow. I talked to a guy a my local exhaust shop that said a client of his did some testing. He was slow 1 week so he took flowmaster, borla, dynomax, glasspacks, and magnaflow and tried them all on the same mustang on his dyno and magnaflows out flowed every thang.

I have Magnaflow on my SS its pretty quiet until you get in it. Sounds to me like you want the 40,s thre a bit louder.
