  1. What color are these? Or are there options?
  2. Yeah, the 3000gt & the Nissan in the pic next to it aren't that bad, but everything else is proof that the Japanese aren't as technologically advanced as everyone thinks. I guess there's no accounting for taste.
  3. I'm sure you'll probably have to fight for that driver position. haha...
  4. I dabbled a bit with both the guitar and bass back in high school...I never really got that good at it. I was in a band though and we did write a few songs of our own. I bought a plain ol' Squire P-Bass my sophmore year and then right after graduation I built a custom guitar and painted it to match my car (at the time). I still have them both, along with an acoustic my grandfather gave me.
  5. Here's my first try on the new one & the furthest I've got on the old game ...
  6. 23, 24 next month. No wife or kids, one day though.
  7. First Name = Electrostorm - Autobot Screen Name = Wildbolt - Autobot

  9. Yes, part # 7 is the part I am looking for, thank you. It's a little unclear to me though, which PN includes the openings for fog lights and tow hooks, any chance you could clear that up for me?
  10. If you liked the RAZR try out LG's version, it's much better IMO... LG 8600. I like it, it has all of the same features as the RAZR and then some and the menu structure is similar so it shouldn't take too much to get used to it.
  11. I'm looking for the PN for the lower front bumper valance (where the fog lights are) for an 06-07 V-Max...the one I have on my truck now is grey and the newer ones are black. I want the black one. Any help is appreciated.
  12. I'm sure this is fake but, I like how they say it will achieve 25-30 mpg. I already know alot of Vette owners that get this and beyond. I've seen my friend get 34 mpg and up on long hauls in his Z06. I hope that's not their main selling point.
  13. Right now my 2005 V-Max is bone stock with the exception of a K & N air filter...when I first got it I could get 16-18 mpg consistently. Since I've put more miles on it my average has dropped to 14-16...but I know I drive it alot harder now then when it was new. Before my V-Max I had a 2002 Z-71 with the 5.3...I drove it just as hard and managed to get 16-18 normally...on a long trip once I got 24mpg (don't ask me how). The best I've squeezed out of the V-Max is 20 mpg (again, when it was new, on a long trip).
  14. I have to give the guy props...he wasn't afraid to be different. Besides, even if you don't like what he's done here, you have to admit, it takes alot of skill to to fab that up. This guy is a hot rodder, he may not even consider himself one, but he is. The hot rod tradition started with a guy wanting to make his car faster. Swapping out smaller, slower, lower horsepower engines for ones with higher displacement and more power is what started this trend. This guy is great in my opinion, however I do agree, I think that motor would've been better suited in a nice 34 Chevy or something. But, like they say, to each, his own. Wow, that was a little longer than I imagined it would be when I started, sorry.
  15. I think this guy might be more on the money....I can't see how that little fan does anything. http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/0406tur_...ic_supercharger Check the 5th little box titled : NEW 2007 ELECTRIC SUPERCHARGERS 2006-04-16 http://boosthead.com/updates.php
  16. So far nothing major. I've had the driver's side sill plate replaced because it cracked when I stepped on it, the factory A/C controls replaced when the one of the lights in it quit working, and now I think I have to go back to have the head unit replaced because a light in it has quit working. Also, has anyone noticed if their gas guage is dimmer that the other three surrounding it (not sure if there's a light out in the dash or not)? EDIT - Now I have to go in to get the gauge cluster replaced and the factory head unit replaced. Both of these had lights go out in them and need to be replaced. Luckily this is all still under warranty. Unfortunately I only have about 4000 miles left on the warranty.
  17. sorry, I really wasn't sure where to put it.
