i paid too much. jumped to quick on my first vehicle. 04 awd with 44k miles, sticker was 31 i paid 29 with 4k worth of rims and tires, a matched victory red leer tonneau cover and tint. dont ask about the loan though....

tom brady may be mr. clutch but the chargers threw that game away. manning falls apart every year in the playoffs. the saints are playing great football and the bears are pretty solid. thats going to be a tough call. bears over pats in the super bowl.

ive got the flush mounts, they give the wheels and tires a cleaner look.

well, im trying to sell my old rims, and i wanted to do it on here, but i looked at the shipping cost and i dont think im going to be able to afford it. do rim and tire shops buy used rims? they are 22" DUB X-Wangs. i posted them on craigslist over a week ago but no hits. just frustrated cuz i could use the money for them. any ideas guys?

its impossible to keep my truck clean here in washington. it rains every day. i washed it yesterday, the first time ive seen sunlight in weeks, and it rained again this morning.java script:emoticon('') smilie Its dying for a good detail job, but theres just no point in doing it for another 2 or 3 months. i hate driving it around dirty but dont really have much of a choice. just venting cuz i hate taking it out if its not sparkling. thanks.

hi im about to paint my brake ducts and air dam screens with some krylon fusion, and i was wondering if you guys in all your glorious wisdom had any good tips for getting a nice even clean looking job done. i tested it on a good size piece of plastic earlier today(not from the truck), i roughed it up with some 100 grit 3m pad (didnt score it, just roughed it a bit) and then painted a few light coats every 10 or 15 minutes. i didnt get a very even sheen over the plastic, and i got some tiny looking bubbles that ended up drying more glossy than the rest. never seen that before with spray paint. anyways, it may have something to do with the climate - it being 40 degrees and constantly raining washington state is awesome. and i had to do it in an open garage for lack of a better area. any tips would be great. sorry for the long winded-ness...

so i was thinking of pulling off the brake ducts on the front bumper and painting them black. has anyone tried taking them off? is it difficult? what type of paint works best on the plastic? thanks !

i dont think its got any sort of drop on it yet, could just be the 22's......ill have to take a good look at it when i get home....

i bought the truck a month ago, and i live in the tacoma WA area. the lojack was the first thing i asked for when i bought the truck and they did it that week. definately a good investment if you live in a sketchy area.

hi everybody, i bought my ss about a month ago when i came back from iraq and im in love. its a red 04' AWD. ive been looking around the site now for a few weeks to get ideas for my mods and figured its about time i post. my friends hate me because i cant shut up about it, and my girlfriend is annoyed because its all i talk about. you know what, i dont care. heres some pics. anyways, its got dub xwang 22's on it, but i just bought some black KMC 125 backseats. got a K&N CAI, line x, tint, tonneau cover (might get rid of it to haul the dirtbike around), getting dual flowmaster super 40s. and hopefully i can figure out the PCM tuner stuff or find someone to do it soon. also plan on doing some black trim type stuff to it. maybe a drop sooner or later, so it sits like its supposed to. once you start you just cant stop. enough outta me, im done. hi.

where did you get the black and chrome ss hitch cover? ive been looking all day.

i just bought my 04 red SS and am looking to trim it in black....wheels, tail lights, grille, bowtie, ive looked all over this site and cant find anything about black SS badges or bowties. can anyone point me in the right direction? thanks.
