I use to have a best friend that was a girl she ended up liking one of my friends they started going out my friend became a a-hole so i disliked him. Then it became a whole mess between all of us lots of freakin drama! Me and my "Best Friend" we were friends for like 9 years and well we don't talk anymore. So either way your best friendship may get all messed up if you tell her or not. She'll find a guy you'll get pissed and its all over. so if you tell her your feelings now, if it doesn't work out you guys will still be friends because she'll understand. From what I have gathered the L92s work really really well with a cam in the 22x with a larger split for the exhaust due to the small exhaust valve. I know Cartek in Garwood has a really sweet cam for the L92 heads in the works right now. (this is based on LS2 research for L92 swap.)

I go every year. One of my friend's her grand parents have a house 5 minute drive from the track so i stay there. Idk if i'm going this year for the whole weekend during the spring since theres a GTO show and go on saturday at raceway park.

I think I'll join you guys. It will be the first time I race the truck. So what kind of times would I be looking at along with whats a decent 60'? I run the goat all the time so it will be kinda weird going down the track in something else.

These heads are an excellent choice for FI LS guys. You'll have no problem selling these on Ls1gto.com Most everybody over there that goes FI uses these heads. I know of at least 1 guy wanting these heads over there.

Yes I believe I do. But hopefully they'll be able to do it on a Saturday or else I'm stuck in CT for awhile since i'm 3 hours away. I'm on my 2nd week with it too.

I just got this truck everything was going well. Well when i was driving it last weekend only at about 1500-1600 RPM it makes a grinding noise and i can feel it in threw the floor board. So i drained the front diff there was a lot of fuzz on the magnet. I filled it up then drove around the block and drained it. (there was a little tiny bit of filing build up. So i refilled it drove it for a week Then just drained it again today and there was a lot of metal build up. My question is that metal build up after this week was still left in the case since the fluid was never changed before or the grinding noise and the filings could be related? I'm going to drain the diff again after this week if theres a lot of filing again I'm going to have to make the 3 hour trip to CT to have the dealership that I bought it from fix it. If they won't fix it how difficult is it to rebuild the front diff?

On my 04 SS I put a fold a cover (brand name) on it. I liked it for the fact it was lockable and it was trifold so I could put large items in the bed when needed. I dont like the cloth like cover since its easy to steal, also your stuff in the bed isn't very secure. On my 03 that I have no it has a sold cover that is lockable and it lifts up with gas shocks sort of like a trunk. I like the trifold one the best. Since I could put tall items (like Motors, Fridges, couches, etc) in the bed when needed without having to remove the cover.

Yeah i got an awesome deal on it! I couldn't pass up that deal. (Only a 3 hour drive) Tell you the truth they aren't the best dealership I have dealt with. Like they their finance guy isn't that good. They sent me home without a temp insurance and registration until they transfered my registration over. Which all the other dealerships I have dealt with done for me. Its been almost 2 weeks now and I still haven't got my registration transfer yet! Also like just about every other dealership the sales guy must have sold shoes the day before they have no clue to anything about their product. Nope I traded in a extended cab short bed Sierra. I've missed my 04 SSS since i traded it in back last march when i got a even trade deal for a brand new 06 Goat for it. So I took a 3 and half hour drive up to Don Mallon Chevy up in CT to look at a 03 SSS. Well i took it home. Just wondering if the previous owner is on here. The dealership said it was traded in but it has a New York inspection sticker on it. It has blacked out grilles and blacked out bowtie and a fiberglass bed cover.

I got this letter about 3 months ago for my Sierra. Last Saturday I purchased my second Silverado SS an 03. And looks like it has the gauge problem since the speedo shakes around on my trip home from CT where I got it from.

Ughhhh I just bought a GMC Sierra Denali since i missed my Silverado SS so much when i traded it in in march for my 06 Goat. So close to home too!!!

I just traded my 04 black silverado SS to a Chevy dealer in Grove City PA which is 24 miles out of Ohio. it had 46k miles on it great condition i regret trading it now I wish i could have kept it. Now i'm looking for a basic silverado to replace it PM me if you want their contact info.

I'm pretty new to the fourm, Is the tranny rear wheel drive or awd? I'm looking to learning how to rebuild trannys. How much would you want for the the shell?
