  1. I had to take my 05 (4800 miles) in to have the sensor on the dash replace (it some how fell into the dash). I has a company put in a car alarm a few months before, just because of the alarm I had to pay for the sensor and labor $194.00 PS: I notice a few days ago the drive side dash has a crack over 1/4" in it, on the side where it pushes up by the frame, you can see wires. DEALERS

  12. I always want with Moble 1 and filter, My first oil change I let the dealer do it. The 2nd oil change I want with Royal Purple and a K & N filter. How do you guys like Royal Purple for the tran.
  13. The right way to race your 4L60E tranny is to manually drop it all the way into 1st gear - that signals the computer to fully apply the clutches in 1st gear; once you are off the line bump the shifter into 3rd and leave it there until the end of your run. With factory PCM programming, if you leave at WOT in Drive the tranny clutches do not get max pressure, meaning that there is a chance for slippage of the 1st gear clutches. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That is some good info, thanks. not to get off topic, but this is a great board the people are GREAT!!
