i'm bitter by nature for some reason. and cynical too. yesterday, i was tailgating before the Pats/Bears game and a guy from across the lot with a silverado crew cab came over and wanted to check out the SS. it actually made me feel good for a few minutes. well, that, the beer, and a win made me feel good.

I agree. A color matched grille, with or without the chrome beauty rings they put on the SUVs, grille inserts, a new front bumper, maybe some projector headlamps and shave the rear bowtie and I think the new Silverado would look ALOT better.

you would know more than me seeing that you live in PAC-10 country. i thought that the Big 10 got the Rose and seeing that Ohio St has the Fiesta locked up, then Michigan would slide into that slot. like I said, I could be wrong. ND played piss poor last night and probably don't deserve that big of a game, but the BCS is gonna look for, not only the best match-up but the biggest revenue draw and the re-match from earlier this season of Michigan-Notre Dame makes sense. If there is an agreement with the PAC-10 though, then it can't happen. USC completely owned them. Especially their WR, I'm drawing a blank on his name, number 8. ND's defense has been suspect all year especially with bad tackling and it killed them last night. Even with 3 USC turnovers, they got confused and USC attacked a soft zone defense. as long as ND finishes in the top 8, they a guaranteed a BCS bowl.

at first glimpse I liked the new Silverado but the more I see it, the more I'm not sure. I think Chevy did a better job on the nose of the Tahoe/Suburban/Avalanche than on the Silverado. I think of the 3 GM brand SUV's, the Chevys are the more sporty/aggressive looking. It always seems that the first 2 years that Chevy does a complete redesign of the truck it lacks something and then they start to get it right a few years down the road. Just look at the late 80s/early 90s trucks after the the 77-87 body went away. in comparison to the late 90s to the 2000+, they look like crap. just my opinion...

they played pretty well. at one point, sebastian came out on stage with a bottle of jack and pounded it along with pouring it all over his face. of course that horrified the rest of the band. turns out it was iced tea. he was a damn whiney little b*tch the whole series. couldn't stand him. scott was just psyched to play with the nuge. didnt watch rockstar supernova, but saw them play on kimmel the other night. band sounded good, but i thought the singer was real rough.
