I would like to purchase 2 or 1 brake duct vents if anybody has any. I need the one for the drivers side. I missed some about a month or so ago. Wife wrecked my truck is the reason needing it. See dont get drive it anymore!!! Thanks

Does anybody know the price of the shaft is for the do it yourselfer. My truck has 75,000 and its just as easy for my to do it that the dealer. Thanks

HA HA I'm glad you think so. Pushing a bolt in and cutting it off and knocking it the rest of the way out is harder that lower the tank. HUM cutting the bolt took about 2 mins. All I can say is keep on lowering those gas tanks or try it once and you'll see.

I've read several post about guys lower the rear of there trucks and removing the gas tank. You don't have to remove the tank to change out the springs. I lower my dad's truck 4-6 which is the rear flip. What I done was have him order some new bolts from GM for the front hanger and used a saw-all to cut the bolt. Loosened the nut drove the bolt in towards the tank and cut it off then drove the rest out. During installation just put the bolt in from the outside in and the nut goes on towards the tank. This way you don't have to wrestle the tank. Bolts were fairly cheap I think. Happy lowering!!

I personally would plug it in the night before you start it. It will help heat the oil up and put a battery charger on it just before you start it. Just my opinion. I live in CO and plug my truck in every night in the winter.

What I would like know is list of people that can tune my computer. Ive seen a couple company that tune like Western. I would to see if their is more than that. I would also like to see want tuner you went with and your opinion of the gains. I know somebody will say do a search but I would to gather all the information under one topic so I can start calling for a tune. Thanks Tony

On the driver side tie-rod on the inner neckle (directly under steering box) I cannot get that thing to take grease. I removed the zerk and grease will go through it. I also took a small wire and checked for obstruction in the knuckle but the grease was Ok and hole was open. So I put old grease zerk back on still wouldn't take grease so put another zerk on and still wont take grease. WTH is going on!! Please help me here. Its the only one that wont grease. I would like to grease. Thanks

Check my mpg and it was 15.5 running 78mph down the I-70. It wasn't as good coming back to CO but we had a headwind I didn't check it then and that was running at 78mph also. I was happy with that.

So what is it. Mine rattles too. Is it a on-star mic,a/c sensor, or a speaker. I dont think its a on-star mic cause my truck doesn't have on-star and it has the mic. I sure GM wouldn't put the mic in if it was equiped with on-star. So if anybody knows for sure please tell us. Thanks

Actually my family and I just moved out to Cannon City Co. in June of this year. I run historical plates on the car and haven't changed them. We lived in Vandalia MO its about 100 miles N.W of St. Louis.

I get 14.5 mpg with my truck. That was the first tank I check since I got the truck. Thats driving which is 15 miles at no more that 50 mph. I was happy.

I had the back 3 windows tinted limo black and I tinted the 2 side windows with 20% over some tint already on their. Pretty dark by thats the way I like it. I just hope the Cops like it. My Nova has limo black on all.

What kind of mileage increase do you think you got. Also what kind of CAI system did you use.

I have question about duel exhaust. I would like to put 2 mufflers on my truck for some better sound. I had a 96 chev. once and put duel mufflers on it and it turned the SES light on because of the 2 mufflers. I was like a code for low restriction on the exhaust I think its been along time age. So my question is if I put the duel exhaust on this truck will I have any time with the SES light coming on or any other trouble. I would eventually like to get the computer tuned but tell then just some duels. Thanks
