My dad kept sayin something about being stopped in traffic and the exhaust not going anywhere. Then going back up the system.

My dad told me that when you dump the exhaust on my truck, theres a chance of carbon monoxide in the cab. He says that if there is a leak in the exhaust then the fumes, can enter through the end of the exhaust and go back up the system. Is this legit or is he feeding me full of B.S.?

If a 2006 SSS and a 2006 Vortec Max extended cab linded up, which would win? And how close would it be?

I am currently deciding on what to do with the stereo in my truck. I would really apprecciate you guys if you posted pictures of the dash and stereo setup...I need some ideas. Thanks.

I saw 3 SS's on my recent trip. I saw one black TBSS on South Padre Island, and a black SSS heading south on I-37. Plus an arrival blue SSS in Borene heading north on I-10. Anyone on here?

I know this is a re-post but i just noticed this. I was just reading up on the new Viper...I still think that the Z06 hasnt been completely beat for now. The top speed of the viper may be 200mph or higher...but who gets to the top speed in a race anyway? Plus, the 0-60 time is listed as under 4 seconds, I believe that Dodge noticed that the 0-60 on the viper is still slower than the Z06 with the new engine and what not and they are panicing. If they knew the 0-60 was faster than the Z06, they would sure as hell let you know about it.

Alright...a good friend of mine recently purchased a 2004 SSS. Victory red, all stock. He is looking in to some 22's. He and I were wondering how it would look if he painted his 22's victory red to go with his truck. What do you guys think?

I am going crazy over this decision i have to make by tomorrow night...Last week I jokingly went up and asked my dad if he would buy me a 2007 Z51 Vette since i graduated high skool with all A's...He said: "ya, but you gotta give up the SSS." I started freakin out and have barely slept at all since then just thinkin about it...I need your help, 2007 Vette or 2006 Silverado SS? I am stuck in the middle...I want the Vette for the obvious reasons...power and sportscar...I wan the SSS because I like trucks a whole lot...What do you gus recamend?

Ya...i was really suprised..i was just takin pictures of it in his driveway with my phone and he tossed me the keys and said lets go...I almost pissed my pants i got so excited...

Last night i had the opportunity to drive an 07 Z06...Of course i took full advantage of it...It was my nieghbor's car..he has just got it a couple of days before..it had a K&N and a corsa sport...We went out on I-27...He said: "Push it as far as you want, but you pay if you get caught." Me being your average 18 year-old...I pushed it quite a ways...I got it to about 153 and the radar detector started beeping...So we headed for home...On the way he told me to push a button, this button turned the traction control off...i drove throught a puddle of water..got the rear wheels wet...and punched it...All i can say after that whole experience is: "HOLY SH!T...I WANT ONE OF THOSE!"

Dont do it...My dad tried the same thing. He wanted the nbs for fuel economy...He has never seen more than 18.5 in his 5.3...He drives 900 miles at a time when he drives on the highway...I can get the same mileage in my SSS as my dad gets in his 5.3... (btw: this isnt a fact that my dad cant get good mileage in anything because his porsche cayenne turbo is rated at 18 highway and he gets 19.5-20.)

Im 18, all i got is the SSS and my girlfriend...
