rlllly wow why so bad? i kno the stock ones are lsII's are those better?
what about toyo proxes>? i have the older style ones but i dno if the new tread pattern and design make a difference
basically they had no wet weather traction at all but if you talk to a discount tire employee whuch a lot of my friends are they sell them if thats what you want but they dislike them alot too

Just an idea you could go for the stormtrooper look black on the accessories you mentioned tint the tails, black out your wheels and maybe make the cowl portion of your new hood black. Just the first thing that came to mind when i saw the pic of your truck

looks sick man just aheads up if you find door panels with the seat heater controls for the seats they just plug right into the window switches love my heated seats i put in my wrecker

Yeah it's an SS looks like someone didn't like the factory emblems and probably had a bedcover that they took off so it looks legit to me

Dont feel bad, I've seriously been considering letting the SSS go for a nice awd TBSS.
oh, yeah that was a pretty sweet car. I think a large part of why parker got rid of the car was that he could never really get it to do what he wanted.... or payed for lol. I just bought a set of those sp600 ccw wheels for mine. they are the fully polished set thought i just need to find the right tires.

are you talking about parker? if so it was a badass car, i tried to buy those wheels and his hood forever but he never would let me
not too long, it was just about an inch thick haha
haha thatnks man, yeah it did. the cts-V only came with the 6 speed and ls6 tranny from 2004-2007.
Actually the guy who bought it from Parker and made it run so much better. Lol the first time I met Parker and saw that car he was mad at it and offered it to me for$20k but I didn't have the cash flow so my buddy will ended up buying it and flatblack powdrcoated the ccws

its an LLY, and it has a 6 speed. in 06 they all had 6spd tranny's but early 06 the "LLY" (LBZ with milder computer tune) had 310 and the later 06-07classic had the LBZ (360hp)
physically the same motor, just a difference in tuning

If it has the 6 speed it's got the lbz just a heads so that's it even more desirable. If I was in the market that's exactly the truck I'd be looking for bump for you man

you could try a hydroboost conversion mod IMO its the best mod i have done to my truck

The bilsteins look great, increase in handling would be great but not if its going to beat the heck out of me. Has anyone installed the Bilsteins? If so how rough do they ride as a daily driver?

what danny said i paid 2500 for my built 65e but that included 750 for torque converter and 250 r and r of the trans so 1500 for a built hpm tranny

i used mcgauhy's spindles and got them and shackles for i think 280 shipped from a member here he has a site called www.timssuspensiononline.com i believe was the name of it

I like the the ones with the spokes that curve back they are a little different plus they give the illusion of a bigger lip. Just my .02
