My cousin. He had to bring over the cherry picker. While he was there he watched for hang ups as we lifted it out.

thats SEXY!!! i want to go that slow.... Im @ 2/3 now... Im thinkin some 2'' spindles will do me great!!! what kind of problems will i run into being AWD and going that low???3 inches is about as low as you can go safely in the front with awd from what ive read

thanks again man. got everything in and it was packed ridiculously well. although i should have asked if the brakes were coming off of a truck with a dual piston caliper. im gonna make them work though because baer apparently discontinued the dual piston bracket a couple months ago

you mean the bolt hole wasn't big enough? if so get a drill and drill the hole out big enough for the bolt. had to do that on a friends 1 ton dodge because the holes werent drilled the correct size

which hole did you put the bolt in the top one is 2 inch the lower one should be 1 inch. danny had to cut the top holes off of his because they hit the bed iirc but thats how he did his 4/7 on his reg cab

read your post earlier about using a 2 inch shackle and it being to low, just do what danny(sprayed99) did on his truck cut the the top holes off the shackle and the lower holes will then make them a 1 inch shackle

ive read alot of the stuff over there and really dont find it that helpful havent seen any one modify a stock harness to work and havent seen any one use stock transmission and that site has so many people chiming in that it gets confusing lol
Dbrods(John), Redheartbeat (Greg) and a guy named Ricky don't know his screen have done the swap so those guys should know what is needed.

Congrats P I have only done it once too in the 6 years of owning mine. I didn't have a lockout kit, but was able to mess with it with a Chrysler key and get it open believe it or not.funny thing I had a locksmith tell there are only 25 total keycuts for gm and and I have like five different gm keys and was able to unlock a 4500 series truck with my wrecker key by jiggling it. Guy locked it up with the keys in the ignition right as I pulled up to tow it

Yep the jerrdan mpl40 and I love best light duty bed I've ever seen in action. I can tow motorcycles to the biggest boxes ups runs with it

if u REALLY want to cam and spray ur truck..... cough cough (myself) ask danny (sprayed99) thats all he does is spray. he knows a hell of a lot about matching a good cam for ur truck and throwing a bottle on that cam. plus hes the guy to go with for a tranny which you WILL need to do if ur gonna spray over a 100 shot.
x2 on danny and also look up mean05(virgil)
they both have helped me a lot with my setup. running virgil's old cam which is really choppy. specs are in my sig
