I gotta disagree about there not being a reliable bag set. I just bought a bagged s-10, and it has 30,000 miles on the bags without a single problem. If I had the cash I would bag my SS in a heartbeat

Anybody thought about where this is happening yet? would be cool if we had like a picnic kinda thing somewhere.

I've been around air tools all my life, my dad has the biggest air compressor I have ever seen for personal use. The motor on top of it is the size of a 1200CC harley engine. lol We have just about every tool imaginable, but i find myself reaching for these the most: cut off tool 1/2 impact wrench 3/8 air rachet die grinder I also use an air chisel and a air powered buffer a lot as well Most of our tools are IR, but I do belive Chicago Pneumatic is a pretty good brand also

hey thanks guys. I forgot to snap some pics of the interior, but the doors panels are smoothed out and painted to match and its got a monitor in the dash. I'll try to get some pics of that this weekend

Here are a couple pics of my new Daily. I was driving my 67 everyday, but at only 4 mpg in the city, it got kinda expensive, and even the SS was still pretty bad. It's a 03 S-10 4 cyl 5-spd. Only has 28,000 miles on it and its got full air ride, pretty decent sound system, and an in dash tv. I'm not gonna know what its like to get 30 mpg!!! here is a pic of it on the ground: here is a little side to side action to show how much lift it gets: Now I just gotta get some rims for its and I think I'll have a pretty sweet new ride

ok guys I need some help, I just bought a new DD and the SES light was on. The kid told me it was the front oxygen sensor, so i pulled the code and got this: PO410 Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction That doesn't sound like the oxygen sensor to me. I was told it could be a leak in the smog system or a bad check valve. Does anyone have experience with 2.2l 4cyl?

I'm not trying to bash the truck at all, but you really should wash it if you are taking pics to sell it. good luck

I have a set of these on my 67 with a rollpan: these lights I don't think you can change the bulb, would have to buy a whole new kit if it burned out, but they were only like 30 bucks

Chevy built what they called "sport" model trucks which had all the options of a 454ss, but only had a 350. I have seen them and they are identical from the outside except for the badging. I'm pretty sure they did put 350 ss badges on a few of them.

very nice. I'm a big fan of the 67-68 front end. I would like to do this swap to my 67 so it is a more reliable DD, but right now I just cant justify taking out an engine that is running awesome

Like the title says, I'm in need of a borg warner Super T-10 tranny for my 67, Hoping maybe someone on this site is into the classics. Hell if you have any old 4-spd let me know

the bedsides cannot flex independently, IF the bed moves at all, its going to move as an entire unit. I have rollpans on two of my other trucks, one being on there for 4 years now, and I have never had a problem

Yes I have good credit, payed off a few loans and have never been late on a credit card. And I do have some history with the bank, been with this one for 4 1/2 years now. I do have job lined up to start after graduation, that why I know I will be able to repay the loan. I thought about the student loan route, but I wanted to try to go thru a local bank first.

I'm looking into buying a fully custom s-10 as my new daily driver since my current DD, my 67 chevy, is only getting 4 mpg city. Since I am in college and don't currently have a job, would I be able to get a loan at a bank? I'm sure my dad would cosign for me if need be, but I want the loan in my name primarily. I know the payment would be no problem as the money I would save in gas would probably make it and then some.

As a fellow painter I am curious, when you tint the tails, do you actually paint them black then clear over them, or do you tint the clear and just keep spraying more coats until its nice and dark?
