geomcrider Posted January 12, 2005 Report Share Posted January 12, 2005 I have put the SS away for the winter and bought a $400 crasher...1990 Taurus We had snow and ice here last night in Ct and my wifes 04 Sequoia slid down my driveway ( 10 degree slope) about 25 feet and hit my crasher. Actually pushed my crasher 1/2 way into the street ! A few heavy gouges on the Sequoia's rear bumper but my crasher has a busted taillight, dented trunk and a 8 inch cracked piece missing out of the bumper. Holy crap, The SS tires are so wide, they love to hydroplane even on snow and Slush...... I will take my Ghetto Whip from now on...... '98 Ford Crown Vic.......
