fatboyss Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 I am currently getting my mods installed...I had the guy give me a print out a week ago and he broke the prices down by part cam, springs, pushrods torque comverter and shift kit long tube headers welding after seeing the prices i told him to do everyting but the cam...i was told the prices for the other parts would be the same...but i just got a call about an hour ago and he wants to up the price of the headers because he said some of the work that was listed under the cam would have to be done to get the headers in...I may be wrong but i thought the headers were put on from under the truck... Is this correct or is he just trying to get more money???? thanks
zippy Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 sounds to me like he's adding on where he shouldn't be. i'd ask him what the cross over was supposed to be?
00z71sierra Posted January 18, 2005 Report Posted January 18, 2005 With a lift he should be able to do the headers from below or through the wheelwells. 00z71sierra
