I haven't seen one yet (not that it bothers me much) but I'm anxious to give the thumbs up to another lucky (and highly intelligent) truck owner. My dealer had two sitting out front for weeks, don't no if they been sold yet. People all the time approach me and ask me what model of truck is it. I haven't seen an advertisement for the truck other than in automagizines and GM's web sight. IF GM would advertise the SS Silverado, the public would no they exist. whmayhew Posted May 25, 2003 Report Share Posted May 25, 2003 Oldhdman Where in central Maine are you located? I live in Cambridge which is 25 miles north of Skowhegan on 150. Finally see another one today at Circuit City in Bangor. It was red and the initial plates said A1CUT. It had a Forest City Chevrolet plate on the front. I should have waited outside for him but did not. My wife said that when he came back out he never even looked at mine. I was parked next to him.
