I painted a spot on my bumper while I was painting my engine covers(will post pics soon) and I used laquer b/c of the obvious reason laquer WILL NOT harm any part of the truck that has the factory color(Tricoated paint) it will only remove any single coated or laquer paint(Touchup/Touch spray) Trust me I've done this myself and my dad's a does autobody for a living so I might know what I'm talking about, having done it to all my vehicles once or another.
