SSilverad03 Posted July 3, 2003 Report Share Posted July 3, 2003 I got my SS on May 15. This is definately the best truck on the market. I had a 2002 Silverado before the SS. I can barley afford the thing but the wife supports my habbit. I wanted the SS so bad I had to sell my '72 Chevelle that I had for 7 years. Some people think I am crazy, and others understand when they ride in the new truck. This will be my third SS that have owned over the years. stvejay Posted July 19, 2003 Report Share Posted July 19, 2003 skc2121-I had a 96 impala ss also and sold it to put a down payment on my silverado ss. I dont regret it a bit. I've been driving my silverado ss since march 13th, and I still get the stare down from people when I'm driving around town.
