boycer
This was on the Lingenfelter web site and thought that I would share with you guys. Tempting!!! You could probably get him down to $37 or $38,000. Course looking at it, I think that the Silverado SS is better looking. I e-mailed him and asked the owner a few questions. I will let you know what he has to say if you would like. http://www.lingenfelter.com/classified0020.asp 475 horsepower 6.0L Vortec All wheel drive Black with stone leather interior Rino Liner bed protection Snug Top bed cover Only 7,000 miles and in perfect condition Only $41,500.
andythompson005
Let us know. What did you ask him? Good looking truck, if you ask me. More bang for the buck compared to the SS.
ssvette
I could have a 1000 HP pro street car for that much, :o
boycer
ssvette, No offense but, our goal here isn't a pro street, we want a fun, fast daily driver truck. Here are the questions I asked. His reply suc*ed. was wondering if you could give me some feedback on the Lingenfelter C3 you are selling. How many miles does the truck have since the install? Any problems with anything? Did you get the transmission upgrade? Do you have any exhaust modifications? How do you like the driveablility of the truck with the supercharger? Any other information would be appreciated. HIS REPLY: 6000, 1 minor adjustment issue fixed early on, yes, yes, love it..
ssvette
Who said it couldn't be a daily driver---LOL Just many things I could do with 41,000. Buy a stock silverado and put in Chevy's most powerful, largest displacement crete engine ever offered by GM performance parts. The two versions of the 572 are a 720 HP this one is racing only and the 620 HP model with only 9 to 1 compression. Of corse Turbonetics is here in town, and I went to there technical siminar last year, met many famous engine builders, maybe a turbo is the way to go. boycer
Find out some more information on that 572. I would love to have something fast and very driveable. Lingenfelter has done a twin turbo 2500 silverado, which did low 12's I think while getting 16 miles to the gallon, but I think it cost $30,000. To much money for me. ssvette
Wow 11,200 we were all wondering how much it was going to sell for. Street version is still over 600HP, that should keep up I think.
