There is a local guy with a pulley, tuning, exhaust and a few other mods that ran a 12.97 this past winter. The weather makes a big difference. A friend of mine in Dallas is supposedly running into the 11's at Ennis with juice added to his HD F-150. I believe he also has an exhaust and new pulley.
