zippy Posted September 7, 2005 Report Share Posted September 7, 2005 it's the weather. there isn't much you can do when it's that hot out. my recomendation for anyone that lives in that kind of heat is a trans cooler with a fan mounted right to it. zippy Posted September 7, 2005 Report Share Posted September 7, 2005 i would say yes. there are times when the radiator just causes heat and other times when it helps keep it cool. it's a toss up, but i usually use it if it's there already. dcairns Posted September 7, 2005 Report Share Posted September 7, 2005 Since my trans cooler didn't have any kind of thermostat, I figured keeping the raditor in line would help keep things warm enough when it was cold, and help in the cooling chores when it was real hot.
