SS Option Posted October 1, 2005 Report Share Posted October 1, 2005 I got the new Truckin' magazine and there was an article on BBK. The test was on an Avalanch. They replaced the throttle body, an air intake and shorty headers. All BBK products. A dyno run was made and only 12 more hp was made and 10 lb-ft. The 12hp was not worth the twelve hundred. It has been said on here at least 100 times that shorties are not worth the power they give. It has also been said about the bbk aftermarket tb as well.
