zippy
for an SS i'd shoot for 5800 on the 1-2, 5600 on the 2-3, and 5500 for the 3-4.

zippy
if you're running with a stock trans and you're using a handheld type unit you can increase the line pressure on the trans without much worry of any problems. i would recomend putting in a metal accumulator piston if you want to do this for very long. the company that does the programmers generally test the amount that they increase the line pressure and it's ok. i do not recomend doing this though if you have a shift kit. the best thing you can do for a trans is to lower it's shift timings, but most handheld units don't offer that as a direct tuning option. this is about one of the only questions for handheld units that i will keep in here. this question somewhat relates to general programming. other than that, handheld unit questions go in the bolt on mod section. straightss19
with the hypertech it gives u options of increasing the RPM's to 6200 and for shift points it says like shifting from 1-2 at -3mph or 10 mph. something like that and it does that for 3-4 shift points and so on. im wondering which mph and rpms to set it at
zippy
back a couple years ago i could have told you off the top of my head, but i've forgotten now. i believe you want +4, +6, and +6.
