AUTOGUY
Just finished installing my new Magnaflow tips. I decided a change was in order since everyone is going the rectangular route. These are Magnaflow 3.5 x 5.5 Oval double wall with a Resonator/Core type insert. Didn't drive it yet, so I don't know if it changed the sound at all. ChevySSandChevy8.1
Looks good, but I liked those rectangular ones more. The rectangular tips are not very common, so it gives the truck more of a unique look. Also the large width made them look mean. But still a nice and clean setup like always
AUTOGUY
Actually these pics are deceiving. These tips are 3.5" high and 5.5" wide. I believe the others were 4" x 6"
r8rs4lf
Is it me or do they look like they are on backwards? It looks like they are deeper on one end than the other so shouldn't the deeper end be towards the rear? Late- Alex

Late- Alex <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yea, are they staggered toward the back instead of the front, or wait is that the clean hand photo b4 you decided to weld them up for real??? the overhead pics shows that they are even, just optical illusion
AUTOGUY
They cannot be on backwards. they are 2 individual tips. I thing the pic straight on is an illusion.
Big O
Are the tips angle cut on the end ( like a 45 degree cut) ? Or are the a perpendicular cut at the end? I think that is what they are talking about.
AUTOGUY
They are slash angle cut, and I turned them a bit when I installed them as well.
