tawss04
As long as you can pass emissions.

.justin.
Agreed with tawss04. Might not even have to do the sniffer test. I know that when I lived in Montgomery County, my gf's 97 volvo only had to have the OBD2 check. My 98 T/A never needed to have emissions checked for the year I lived there... Aspentaylor
Maryland rules blow! Front license plate, tinting, noise control, etc.
jayster
I agree with Taylor. Maryland rules suck. I would like to tint my windows darker but the man has already pulled me over and checked me once in another car and was just picking my car apart. Maryland laws suck
firervfd37
yah i know md laws suck but they could be worse. i had like 20% tint on my s-10 and that was plenty dark for me even though its not that dark and never had problems with the police. i live in p.g. county though everyone has dark tint. ShortBus
Thats strictly cause all you folks live on the wrong side of the bridge! Down here things are fine.
backinblack
as long as you have fake cats on there and no codes you'll be fine. Anything OBDII just gets hooked up to the computer. The people working at the testing places aren't usually the brightest bulbs in the bunch from my expirence.
