I lifted a wieght once.... I hurt my back! so, I never went back! :jester:

 

No... J/K. I need to get my ass back to the gym.... I just cancelled my membership because I am switching gyms.... I hope! :sigh:

 

I'm in shape... round is a shape! :D

nice stats adam were pretty similar but im shorter :< lol im 5'9 or 5'10 bout 225 now at about 9% dont barbell bench anymore max on d'bells is 140's for 6 or so never maxed all the way thats as high as we have at my gym. Squat is little over 450 and dead is right around 500.

Once I've taken enough drugs to be able to get myself to lay down on a bench, I could probably put up around 120 or so myself. Yep, massive. :jester: I used to be able to put up my weight with ease when I was younger and before the arthritis took over everything I did.

im 5'10'', 170 solid. 9% bodyfat. I bench 305, I do dumbell inclinebench with 100lb dumbells for 6-8 reps depending how well I eat determines how strong I am. I squat 325. Thats pathetic, but I do legs once in a blue moon lol. But I go to the gym 5 days a week as well. When I bench 2x my body weight Ill move on to working more on my legs. :cool:
