gbart Posted May 9, 2006 Report Share Posted May 9, 2006 nice stats adam were pretty similar but im shorter :< lol im 5'9 or 5'10 bout 225 now at about 9% dont barbell bench anymore max on d'bells is 140's for 6 or so never maxed all the way thats as high as we have at my gym. I bench 305, I do dumbell inclinebench with 100lb dumbells for 6-8 reps depending how well I eat determines how strong I am. I squat 325. Thats pathetic, but I do legs once in a blue moon lol. But I go to the gym 5 days a week as well. When I bench 2x my body weight Ill move on to working more on my legs. some random stuff.
