'98 T/A Roller -welded rollbar, QA1 shocks, weld wheels, clean paint, clean interior(whats there), tubular torque arm, panhard rod, k-member, etc I have the 5.3L from the escalade I parted w/ the 4l60e trans that I'm gonna put in it... mild cam, 2800 stall, long tube headers, exhaust, tuning... it should run pretty good... first thing is to steal the wheels for my silver T/A what do you guys think...? ~Brian here is what it currently looks like! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Love the Arrest Me Red; needs more flames - LOTS more flames You still thinking of using that hotcam? Mr. P. yeah, i'm obviously a fan of flames too... about the cam... I am...but I want something that'll work with the 2800 stall... its a lite car so I want to use as much of the 5.3l as possible! Posi12Bolt Posted May 10, 2006 Author Report Share Posted May 10, 2006 cool car What happend to the origional engine...Blown up? when I lurkin on ls1tech (where i got the older pics) and checkin out the cars background from what I gather is that the 346 went KABOOOM... and he was planning on doing a 402 but never did for some reason or another... I know for sure he went low 11's, but I believe I saw a thread were he ran a 10.97 maybe on stock internals and a lot of No2 with a good set of heads and cam, rearend, and built trans... i hope to just exceed the performance of a stock LS1 but w/ the 5.3L... maybe high 12's! or just sell it! ~Brian Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
