Thanks for all the support from everyone out there on this guy's idiotic comments. I KNOW it isn't broken in, I never said I was running it hard, it was just an observation about the truck's acceleration. I'm not going to dignify this guy's comments by saying any more than that. For another comparison, I just had a friendly race with a regular wheelbase Escalade, I'm assuming it has a 5.3 like my Silverado. From stop light to stop light, I pulled 1.5 car lengths on him. If the 'slade is either ESV or EXT, they're that much heavier, and the 6.0 will NOT help him any, those are slower than the regular 'slade.
