VHO Silverado Posted July 20, 2006 Report Share Posted July 20, 2006 took my truck to the dealer tonight to have the oil changed and a few minor things fixed tomarrow and this is what they gave me to ride around in until its done. It had 6 miles on it when i left the dealer this thing is loaded. fun as hell to drive. if i did not need my truck for work i would so trade it in on this. I hate taking my truck in for service, and they give you something that you would NEVER look at buying. Like I'm gonna trade my truck in on a strippo 5.3L, with cloth seating, etc. Why wouldn't you give the customer something that maybe they'd like, and trade up to??? I didn't even drive it. The only reason I even asked for a loaner was so I didn't HAVE to drive one of the duramax diesels for work. Needless to say I ended up driving the dmax! ChevyMan23 Posted July 20, 2006 Report Share Posted July 20, 2006 When I had to take mine in for some warranty work they loaned me a brand new CC 4x4 DMax.....you know how hard it was to give it back?....ha....my dealer likes me tho....if they had a TBSS id say i could have gotten it....but that doesnt happen often....finding a dealer like that....the local Chevy delaer here wouldnt have done it....thats why mine is 30 miles away..lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sorry about not having burnout pics but it was an AWD. Maybe next time when i bring the truck back after the parts they ordered gets here I'll try to get one of the 10 vettes they have. jchitwo Posted July 21, 2006 Report Share Posted July 21, 2006 You'd be hard pressed to get any Chevy dealer here in phoenix to give you a loaner....but take it to the cadillac/gmc dealer and your drivin out with a denali or a ctv! go figure... they tend to profit on volume here and not customer service.
