jon1178
i just finished installing my fuel pressure gauge using some ear'ls fitting. parts used were the -4 AN female to 1/8in. NPT on the schrader valve. and a 1/8 in. NPT to 1/8 in. NPT female coupler to attach the sending unit. i used teflon tape on the sending unit to seal the threads. should i also have used the teflon tape on the fitting also because i have a very slight leak under throttle but does not seem to leak when just idling. Bowtie70SS
Anywhere there's pipe thread (NPT) use teflon tape...not required where there's a beveled or tapered seat like AN fittings or brake lines. Later Dave
gixxerrider
I dont think it will hurt it. Try to reseat the fittings again.
