bad ss
I am going tomorrow to replace my tires with goodyear eagle gt II. The size i am putting on is 285-50-20. I was wondering if anyone has changed their tires using the 20" factory wheels. Does it look good or am i just wasting my money?

I don't know if you will notice much difference. It's also about 2-3% smaller, which will in turn gear your truck lower and effect your speedo a little. Also, more contact patch will equate to lower MPG. Probably very minimal, but in this truck, every little bit helps or hurts.

blackhawk
I have 305/50 R20 GT2’s on right now, more grip less roll and haven’t noticed a difference in gas mileage or the Speedo…They do stick out paste the body a wee bit though, so if you are planning a drop they may rub in tight turns…

As long as the wheels are 20’s and not 13’s the tires are allowed to sickout a bit in my book…
