747Racing
Hey I just got Superchips new computer tune for my 2003 Silverado SS and I love it! It might not have quite as much kick as a PCM tune but my insurance company is saying they wont insure anyone who has any engine mods on the motor and with Superchips I can take it off anytime. Anyways, you can set your PSI pressure for your transmission, it goes by 2's from 0-20. I thought I'd play it safe and go with 14, but I was wondering how high you can put it without damaging the engine? I mean the kick is awesome, I'd like it at 20 but would that damage my tranny? What would be the best PSI performance wise? Any help would be appreciated, the last test and tune of the season is this Friday (tomorrow) night.
