04CHASE
back is cake, front will take more time, to get the nuts off i used a long extension and kept tapping them with an impact gun ,they pissed me right off!!
2004ss
i noticed that. i know the back was easy the front keeps spinning. usually there is a place you can put a rench in to hold it in place but i didn't see anything. all well looks llike tomorrow will be fun
2004ss
so i installed the shocks today which was a breez. on the stock shocks for the front i figured out that using a 17mm rench on the shock under the frame there is a part of the strut where you can hold it in place. i did the front with this trick in 20min. helped out a lot and thought that this info would help out someone else. Eshocks.com typically sells Bilsteins for $259 a set including shipping. I don't see them on their website yet though, so I sent an email on Friday but haven't heard back. They are also on ebay for $300 including shipping, as Chase mentioned.

Jeff B
Has anyone tried the bilsteins on a lowered truck? I have the McGaughy's 2/3.5 drop and need something to work with it. I have bilsteins on my corvette and just love them.
