montanass
thanks for all the replies and support. Dad got to come home on Friday and he seems to be doing well. His back hurts the worst because the stress put on it when they open up his rib cage. He is moving pretty slow and seems to get cold very easily. I've been calling him "Tin man" the last couple of days Thanks again! -Cody

montanass
well dad's back in the hospital. His heart was beating irregularily so they had to monitor him all last night and today. this afternoon they had to do another surgery and put in a pacemaker. If we wouldn't have cought it, there's a good chance he would've gone into cardiac arrest, and almost certainly died. I've had engough of this hospital thing to last me a very long time... but everything should be fine, and i'm glad we cought the problem, before it presented a larger one. -Cody
