First Time At The Track

I think the SS is well worth the money they are asking for them. This is coming from a guy that has only owned one other chevy in my life. I had a 66 chevy fleetside p/u that was my first truck. Fully restored at our own shop and it took us all summer long. I drove it for two years and have had all Ferds since then until i bought my 2000 Durango. Now you wanna talk about problems. That Dodge had a bunch of them.Tranny being the worst. I still liked the Durango but every corner you turned there was another one. I dropped a good bit of money into it to try to make it stand out above the average Durango. I have gotten more comments and into more conversations since i bought this SS than the whole 3 years i owned the Durango. I think Chevy is on the right track with the SS and they are aware that they must feel the market out before investing alot of money developing a super truck. I give them a couiple of years to get some feedback from it and they will put one out that will give the L's and the SRT Ram (if it ever comes out) a closer run. In the mean time i will drive this SS and enjoy the looks it gets.
