diggerdan11
I'm Thinking about blacking out the gray on my SS grill, and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what kind of paint i should use. A friend of mine who is a body man suggested that i use Krylon spray paint but what do you guys thing. And should i go with a base or a medium gloss or what? I wanted to put in a black chrome speed grill but i relay don't want to spend the money so im trying to find a cheep way of blacking out my grill. Hankg42
I sprayed mine flat black before I put a black billet over it. But someone here on the site said that he sprayed his flat black, then put 3 coats of clear over it. That sounded like a good idea. I believe there is also something along the lines of a "satin" finish.
