TheGunny
After having the hotchkis sway bars sitting in my garage for a couple of months, since the last GP me and some buddies finally put them on yesterday. Installed took a few hours front ones are a pretty easy sway, the rear required a little more time but we maneged, and didn't even have to drop the gas tank!! Got everything bolted up and it feels great, then really help reduce body roll and understeer, gives it a nice stiff/responsive feeling when cornering. TheGunny
are they that hard to install? i just dont see how they can be that difficult most of it is pretty simple on the front is just replacing them, on the back it is a little more difficult drilling holes in the frame and trying to either drop the tank or navigate around it can get tricky
misterp
It's not hard, just a PITA to drill four 3/8" holes in the frame rail laying on your back... make sure you have sharp bits! gregor45
Just did mine, excellent driving control, very responsive!
AUTOGUY
Got mine on last Thursday night. Used a friends lift he has installed in his garage. The Driver side rear was tricky, but we did it without lowering the gas tank too. Handles as good as or better than my '98 Cobra!!
